REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Doggylicious. There are a few things we hate here, visits to the vets and unhappy customers, especially the human ones. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help so that you.

Refunds Procedure

 

We try and keep our rules simple to make sure you have more time for doggy cuddles. We are happy to provide refunds or credits if you have an issue with any of our products. We just ask you to follow some simple steps. 

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

If you find an issue with a product, please email us directly at contact@doggylicious.com.au with details of the issue, your order number and a photo of your product including any visual evidence of damage. 

Will we will investigate the issue and provide a full refund or credit upon each case. 

If the refund is over $20, you will still need to follow the steps above, but we may ask you to return the products back to the Doggylicious Head Office so that we can assess the claim ourselves. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
